When the weather changes, my wish list gets rather large, so I thought I'd share a few things I'm currently coveting! I'm loving ALL THE THINGS for spring and summer, so surely there will be plenty more wish lists to come!

I'm not sure if I can pull them off but I'm obsessing over neckerchiefs this spring. I'm also into studded sandals, colorful statement earrings and one piece swimsuits. And you can never go wrong with a cute new clutch, some strappy nude sandals and a good pair of jean shorts!

For the past few days we have been experiencing some seriously unseasonably warm weather, and while this winter has been rather mild, we desperately needed some sunshine in Iowa! With the warmer weather I decided to bust out some of my spring clothes and get a head start on some spring style posts! Starting with this amazing off the shoulder top that is only $8!

This is the perfect spring top. It's off the shoulder, it's lightweight, and it's a great spring color. I wore it two ways - one with the sleeves on and one with the sleeves tucked in. I love that you can tuck the sleeves in on this top - in case you're out day drinking on the patio and don't want hideous tan lines, it's a great option to have. I love it paired with white jeans, but it would go great with a cut off pair of shorts too.

With all the beauty products out there today, it's nice to have someone kind of narrow it down for you. I used to only use drug store beauty products until I started going to Sephora where I found the people working there to be SO helpful. I still use some drug store items that are my staples, but I've discovered some products at Sephora that I just can't live without. Here are some of my beauty items that I'm currently using, both drug store staples and Sephora splurges:

Ok, admittedly I was not prepared for this post... HOW is it already April 1st?! It's a good thing it's not hard for me to scramble up a few of my favorite things... So let's get started! 

1. ESPADRILLES

Being in Hawaii for 2 weeks gave me serious tropical style inspo, and one of those styles are espadrilles. They are so cute and beachy, but are also perfect for spring! Whether you have an upcoming tropical vacation or are just looking for a fun addition to your spring wardrobe, espadrilles are for you. Here are a few of my faves:

Whether you're in search of a dress for Easter brunch or you're just looking for a some spring style inspo, look no further. A sundress is simple and comfy, and since it's almost Easter that means Lent is almost over, so a flowy dress is perfect to wear so you can indulge in all those sweets you gave up! 

You can pair a sundress with a jean jacket or cardigan for church or if you're chilly. And as you can see I opted for flip flops - but a pair of strappy heels would look nice too!

Seasons are changing and I'm loving all the new stuff that's popping up in stores and online. It's also that time of year for spring cleaning, so out with the old, in with the new! I like to clean out my closet and either sell stuff on Mercari or take it to a consignment shop. That way I don't feel as guilty when I buy something new! Here are a few things on my wish list:

The off the shoulder look is everywhere right now, and I'm a fan. There are so many different styles and to me it's a reminder that spring is just around the corner. Here are a few of my faves:

We are sure to start seeing more of this as the weather continues to get nicer, and I love it. I can't wait to sport the off the shoulder look in Hawaii, but I'm having a hard time picking one out because there are so many choices!

Tassels are everywhere these days, literally from head toe. It's one of the hottest trends right now, and designers are having a ton of fun with them. They really give a little oomph to any accessory or piece of clothing, and even home décor, like these pillows. Originally I thought they'd be more of a summer thing, but the tassel trend is being carried well into the fall/winter, as shown on this scarf, this sweater dress and these adorable shoes (that need to get into my closet ASAP.) This beach bag and these earrings would be perfect for any upcoming tropical vacations you have planned, and how cool is this tassel USB charger?? A trendy accessory for your purse and a charger all in one!
